applicants can identify their risk-profile score and whether they would benefit from
having a Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) scan. At-risk applicants can also arrange a
FREE referral for CAC scan, as part of our Heart Attack Prevention Program.
Our risk-profile calculator takes both traditional and non-traditional risk factors into
consideration, providing:
