Dyspnoea Clinic
Dyspnoea refers to a difficulty in breathing, with patients describing sensations such as chest tightness, increased effort in breathing or suffocation. Dyspnoea can accompany a broad spectrum of pulmonary, cardiac and other diseases, both acute and chronic. It is extremely important to investigate the cause as soon as possible, with some of the most common procedures including chest radiography and echocardiography, to identify potential underlying cardiovascular issues.
